Some customers sometimes encounter temperature runaway and malfunction when operating the sealing machine equipment. This failure is mainly manifested by the failure of the temperature meter, the temperature cannot be controlled, the heat seal temperature is not constant, the seal is burnt, and the seal is sealed. Insufficient closure, deformed seals, etc.

What are the reasons that cause the equipment temperature to run out of control, and how can we solve it? Here I will briefly analyze for you.

Cause 1. The thermometer is damaged and must be repaired.

Reason 2: The heat-sealing quality of the composite material itself is not good, and the heat-sealing coefficient changes, resulting in inconsistent temperatures.

Cause 3. The thermocouple is damaged, and the induced temperature cannot be transmitted to the thermometer normally. Replace the thermocouple with the same model and specifications to work normally.

Cause 4. The pressure of the heat seal is not uniform. You only need to adjust the pressure spring of the heat seal knife so that the pressure can be used normally. At the same time, the pressure contact surface of the heat seal knife should be kept clean and free of dirt and debris.
