Vacuum packaging technology originated in the 1940s. Since polyester and polyethylene plastic films were successfully applied to product packaging in 1950, the chamber vacuum machine has developed rapidly. Its technological development trends are mainly reflected in high productivity, automation, single machine multi-function, composition of production lines, and the use of related new technologies. These five aspects.
1. High productivity. The productivity of the chamber vacuum machine has developed from several pieces per minute to several ten pieces, and the productivity of the thermoforming-filling-sealing machine can reach more than 500 pieces / minute.
2. Automation. For example, the 500 double-chamber vacuum packaging machine has the functions of vacuuming, sealing, printing, and cooling at one time. It is mainly used for the packaging of food such as tea, peanuts, shrimps, and corn.
3, stand-alone multi-function. Multifunctional on a single room vacuum machine can easily expand the scope of use. To achieve single machine multi-function, a modular design must be adopted. Through the transformation and combination of functional modules, it becomes a different type of room vacuum machine suitable for different packaging materials, packaging items, and packaging requirements. Typical products are mandrel wheel multi-station bag making vacuum packaging machines produced by the German factory Bosch's HESSER factory. The bag making, weighing, filling, vacuuming, sealing and other functions can be completed on a single machine .
4. Form a production line. When more and more functions are needed, the room vacuum machine will concentrate all functions on a single machine, which will make the structure very complicated, and it is not convenient to operate and maintain. More complete production lines.
5. Adopt relevant new technologies. The chamber vacuum machine uses a large number of inflatable packaging instead of vacuum packaging in the packaging method, and closely integrates the three aspects of the research on inflatable components, packaging materials and inflatable packaging machines; in control technology, more applications of computer technology and microelectronic technology; In terms of sealing, heat pipe and cold sealing technology can be used, and advanced equipment can also be directly installed in the vacuum packaging machine. For example, a computer-controlled high-precision combination of coarse-grained materials is installed; on a rotary or vacuum packaging machine, advanced high-speed circular cam indexing machinery is applied.
