Applications
This machine is the perfect plastic bag sealing machine that can be easily used to package a variety of candy, food, general merchandise, stationery and medicine.
Methods
(1) This hand impulse sealer without power switch. Plug in the AC power cord into the socket, adjust the heating time according to the thickness of the material to be sealed. Put the plastic bag on the sealing surface, and then press the handle, the circuit is automatically control the heating time. When the light goes out, the power is automatically cut off. About 1-2 seconds after the release of the handle, the seal is good.
(2) if there is a failure in the event of a seal, it is because of the heating time is too long. Turn the knob to the counter clockwise, and shorten the heating time.
(3) if the seal is not firm, it is because the heating time is too short, please turn the knob clockwise, extended the time.
(4) if the plastic bag is glued to the rubber plate, the cooling time is not enough, and the cooling time of the indicator series must be prolonged. Please release the handle a little later.
(5), the heating time is adjusted, the use should be kept unchanged. No adjustment is necessary in continuous use.
(6), the machine can plug in the AC power supply plug in the power socket, not to seal the power consumption.
