Packaging Equipment, especially sealing machine usually uses 220v single phase AC, or 380V industrial electricity. So according to the instructions for proper operation is necessary.

First, examination and preparation before the start of the hand impulse sealer:

1. the hand impulse sealer uses 220V single-phase AC power supply, with a three-prong grounded outlet housing, the power supply voltage should be checked whether the complex requirements prior to use, wiring is solid, whether connected to the bottom line.
2. according to the operator’s work, adjust the height properly hand impulse sealer.
3. check the lubrication of rotating parts is good, into the amount of oil.
4. if the first time interval is too long or use may appear damp heating pipes, insulation resistance decreases phenomenon (normal), should be preheated low temperature for half an hour, then normal operation.
5. according to the size and amount of filling bags adjust conveyor table height and longitudinal position. Height adjustment should be used randomly dedicated crescent wrench to loosen the idler gear nut, after appropriate adjustment fastening; adjusted according to seal size required sealing width spacer position.

Second, start operation:

1. press the power switch, when the indicator light in the button.

2. the rotary speed control knob to adjust the speed of the conveyor belt to the desired.

3. Press the heating switch, indicator light in the button, then rotate the temperature control knob pointer below the desired temperature, then the green light to a temperature controller, hot head began to heat up, when the temperature reaches a specified value, the green light off the red light, sealing machine can start work.

4. If necessary, press the fan switch (thin layer of material to be cooled), the indicator lights in the button, the cooling fan is started.

Third, stop operation:

1. in order to prolong the service life of sealing tape, before the shutdown, it must first cut off the heating switch (button LED off), hot head temperature drops, so that sealing tape continue to run for some time.
2. about half an hour, before switching off the fan and the power switch, the whole machine is stopped, this time inside the button lights off.ManualManual
