First, the operation process of luggage wrapping machine.

The luggage wrapping machine is placed on the horizontal bottom surface, the brake caster is locked, and the foot frame is adjusted to the appropriate height, so that the machine frame seat is placed horizontally. After placing the packaged items to be packed on the conveyor table, operate according to the following operation process:

A. Adjust the lifting handle so that the conveying bottom plane of the gluing head seat is lower than the height of the carton about 3;

B. Loosen the locking handwheel, adjust the conveying clamp of the luggage wrapping machine, make the conveying clamp close to the carton, and then lock the locking handwheel;

C. Adjust the positioning wheel of the carton so that the positioning wheel of the carton and the conveying clamp are tight against the carton at the same time, and then lock the locking hand wheel.

After the above work is done, turn on the power switch to make the machine work, push the carton to seal the box. If the tape tightness of the upper and lower sealing boxes is inconsistent, it is necessary to adjust the knob of the tape barrel seat.

Second, the troubleshooting of luggage wrapping machine.

Fault one: the parts of luggage wrapping machine are over-fused or broken in the process of fusion.
Solution:
1. Use the proper specifications of the baler parts, or adjust the baler parts according to the specifications;
2. Shorten the fusion time as needed;
3. After fusion, hold for 3 seconds. After fusion, the baler shall not be removed from the luggage wrapping machine fittings.

Fault two: incomplete or unfused fusion.
Solution:
1. Press and hold the reverse valve to release the tension of the luggage wrapping machine fittings;
2. Hold the tensioner to connect the tensioner with the exhaust valve, and then open the stop valve.
