The quality of the seal determines the quality of the product. Therefore, the manufacturer must ensure that the quality of the seal reaches the customer's satisfaction Then, how do we adjust the quality of the automatic sealing machine, let's take a look at it at our pace.
1. Before the actual operation, a preliminary test must be performed to adjust the temperature and the corresponding sealing temperature. Repeatedly to find the temperature and speed with satisfactory sealing quality and efficiency.
2. Sealing materials, sealing temperature and sealing speed are related. For the same material, the speed can be increased when the temperature is high; when the speed is low, the temperature should be lower. The higher the thickness of the film, the higher the temperature and the lower the speed, and vice versa.
3. The sealing operation of the single-layer plastic film of the ordinary polyethylene lamp is similar, and the fan must be turned on for cooling. During the initial test, the temperature should be increased step by step to prevent the temperature from becoming too high and the film to melt and stick to the sealing tape. If adhesion occurs, it should be removed in time to ensure the sealing quality and protect the sealing tape.
4. When sealing the composite film material, the temperature range selected is much higher than that of the single-layer film, and generally no fan is required to cool it.
5. The pressure of the embossing wheel is closely related to the sealing quality. It is advisable to adjust the pressure to a clear pattern. Excessive pressure will affect part life, low pressure, unclear pattern, and reduced sealing strength.
