3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
Lowest absolute pressure of vacuum chamber
The pressure of the vacuum chamber at the nominal atmospheric pressure at the rated time (in the time listed in Table 1) to the lowest vacuum.
3.2
Vacuum chamber pressure increase in vacuum chamber
Under external standard atmospheric pressure, the initial pressure of the vacuum chamber is 1 kP. Leakage after 1 min, the pressure increase.
3.3
Packaging capacity
In the outside world standard atmospheric pressure, vacuum chamber absolute pressure reaches 1 kPa, the time required for a work cycle.
4 models, types and basic parameters
4.1 Model and Type: Packaging machine model compiled according to the provisions of GB / T 7311.
4.2 The basic parameters should include the following items:
A) the lowest absolute pressure in the vacuum chamber (referred to as pressure), kPa;
B) effective size of vacuum chamber (length X width X height), mm;
C) effective size of heat seal (length X width): mm;
D) the number of heat sealing (single room heat seal number): Article;
E) two hot seal center distance (single heat seal center to the opposite wall of the vacuum chamber distance), mm;

5 technical requirements
5.1 The packaging machine should meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
5.2 In the outside world standard atmospheric pressure, when the minimum absolute pressure in the vacuum chamber is not more than 1 kPa, the vacuum chamber suction time shall not exceed Table 1

5.6 The electrical control of the packaging machine should be safe, accurate and reliable; the instructions of the indicating instrument should be accurate; the conductive wires in the vacuum chamber should not be exposed.
5.7 packaging machine should have a reliable grounding device, and a clear grounding mark.
5.8 Insulation resistance between the power circuit conductor and the protective earthing circuit shall not be less than I Mn.
5.9 The electrical system of the packaging machine shall withstand the withstand voltage test without breakdown and flashover.
5.10 appearance quality
A) the appearance of the coating machine paint or spray layer should be smooth, smooth;
B) surface treatment parts should be uniform color, no blistering, from the floor, spots, rust and other defects.
5.11 heat sealing bags should be smooth, there should be no wrinkles and the phenomenon of burning.
5.12 bag heat sealing strength: heat sealing can withstand the force not less than the values listed in Table 3.

5.13 bags by static pressure and drop test, the seal should be intact.
5.14 When the vacuum chamber is evacuated to 1 kPa, the deformation of the package cover should not exceed 6% of the cover length
5. 15 packaging machine working in the vacuum pump, the noise should not exceed 82 dB (A).

6 test methods
6.1 empty run test
Each packing machine should be empty running test, continuous air running time of not less than 1h, check the machine performance should be consistent with 5.2-5.6

6.2 minimum absolute pressure test
In the outside world standard atmospheric pressure, the vacuum degree of digital measuring instruments and sensors connected to the three-way vacuum chamber is closely connected to the vacuum test
The minimum absolute vacuum chamber volume and timing, should meet the requirements of 5.2.
6.3 Incremental pressure test
In the outside world standard atmospheric pressure, the vacuum degree of the digital measuring instrument sensor connected to the vacuum chamber and the three closely connected to the vacuum
1k Pa stop, after 1m in leakage, the pressure increment should meet the requirements of 5.3.
6.4 Electrical Safety Tests
6.4. 1 Check the grounding device should be consistent with 5. 7 requirements.
6.4.2 Insulation resistance measurement
Measure the insulation resistance with the megohmmeter according to 19.3 of GB5 226.1-2002, and should meet the requirements of Article 5.8.
6.4.3 withstand voltage test
With a pressure tester according to the provisions of 19.4 GB5 226.1-2002 to do pressure test, shall comply with the requirements of 5.9.
6.5 heat sealing quality test
6.5. 1 sealed appearance quality
Take 30 bags in a continuous sealed bag, its sealing appearance quality should meet the requirements of 5.11.
6.5.2 heat sealing strength test
Take 25 bags in a continuous sealed bag, take a sample along the left and right parts of each bag seal, a total of 50 samples were tested
Test Each sample is 15 m wide and 50 m long perpendicular to the length of the seal, with a length of 100 m after 18 0 'flattening
The specimen between the two ends were placed in the fixture of the test machine. The distance between clamps is 50 mm and the test speed is 300 mm / min
20 mm / min, read the maximum load when the specimen breaks. The average of the lowest three of all sample loads was used as the seal strength

6.6 Static pressure and drop test
6.6.1 Take 25 bags in a continuous sealed bag, place the test bag in two pressure plates with test strips on the bottom plate. Press plate table
The area should be at least double the projected area of the test bag and its surface should be smooth and flat. With enamel code gradually loaded into the load specified in Table 4,
Hold 1 min, check the bag, there should be no leakage.
