Continuous Band Sealers

Continuous band sealers operate by having the pouch sealed and conveyed through one or two continuously heated jaws. With a conveyor this results in packaging that is much faster than a bar sealer, as the operator does not have to wait for the seal cycle to finish. Band sealers with conveyors are used for virtually any application where fast, secure, hand-fed sealing is desired. Continuous band sealers come in horizontal and vertical styles. We also have tabletop continuous conveyor band sealers and medical band sealers to suit most continuous band sealer packaging applications.
