If the bottle cap touches the sealing box, it is required to adjust the lift wheel so that the bottle can be smoothly passed through the sealing box.
2, according to the Continuous Sealing Machine conveyor belt conveyor belt, adjust the conveyor belt adjustment screw, so that the belt conveyor belt can achieve the ideal elastic degree and offset position.
3, the guide plate around two baffles adjustment in place, when the bottle are placed on a conveyor belt in the middle position and through the guide plate, the bottle is guide push to the conveyor belt in the middle position to make the bottle from the center of the box for sealing passage to the good sealing (heating) effect.
4, Continuous Sealing Machine before starting work, according to the sealing diameter and to achieve the sealing effect to determine the heating time, then adjust the speed knob so that the bottle in the sealing box below the time just and bottle heating time consistent. Take several bottle bottle mouth sealing test, if the bottle sealing effect is not good, heating time is not enough, need to adjust the slow conveyor belt speed (speed adjustment knob). If the bottle can be firmly closed, but bottle and paper are due to the high temperature and roasted yellow (coke), the heating time is too long, need to adjust the fast speed of conveyor belt (adjust the speed adjustment knob).
5, after the completion of the above steps, when the sealing effect of the sealing bottle is relatively ideal (if the effect is not good, need to re adjust), the device can be put into formal work.
6, when the need to stop, the Continuous Sealing Machine power switch and start and stop switches are closed.
