Filling Precision Adjustment of Automatic Filling and Sealing Machine

Filling precision adjustment of automatic filling and sealing machine as following:

1 Filling error mainly caused by the filling volume, filling speed, the speed of switch valve. The speed of switch valve is related to the viscosity of the product, With higher viscosity of the product, the slower switching speed of the valve.
2 The adjustment of the valve switch speed depend on the spring pressure valve. With the spring pressure increases, the switching speed of the valve accelerate.
3 The adjustment of valve spring pressure size should be determined by the test of filling measurement and the experience of operator.
