Common Faults of Automatic Sealing Machine

Common faults of automatic sealing machine as following:

1, sealing temperature is out of control
Performance for the thermometer display failure, unable to control the temperature and cause heat sealing temperature is not constant, seal often burnt or not firm seal, seal deformation, very pretty.
Reason: 1, thermometer damage; 2, thermal coupling damage; 3, heat sealing pressure is uneven; 4, the composite material of the heat sealing quality is not good, heat sealing coefficient changes, causing the temperature is not consistent.
Measures: 1, replace the thermometer; 2, the replacement of thermoelectric coupling; 3, re adjust the heat sealing pressure until the appropriate; 4, the replacement of heat sealing material.
2, automatic sealing machine stop-and-go
Reasons: 1, the shaft of the motor is connected with gearbox junction off or relaxation phenomena; 2, motor carbon brush wear serious, resulting in carbon brush and slip ring can not be completely contact or friction performance is not good.
Measures: 1, re fastening screws, and the whole match; brush 2, replaced by the same type.
