Do you konw how to fix your sealing machine independently? After a period of using, there will be some faults for sealing machines, here are some tips for fixing your sealing machine independently.

1. Sealing is not strong

Sealing is not strong is a common fault for continuous sealing machine, it has three meanings:

① bags seal can not be sealed

② under the pressure of the sealing knife, although the bag sealed, but a little squeeze or tear strip would let the sealing crack;

③ in seal peel test, half seal appears strong, half seal separates, this bag sealing quality is still unsatisfactory, because the content is very easy to miss during storage and transportation.

The main reason causes over fault as follows:

(1) heat-sealing temperature is not enough;

(2) sealing speed is too fast;

(3) cold tire pressure is inappropriate;

(4) quality problems of heat-sealing film.

Solving the problem that sealing is not strong, you can appropriately increase in heat sealing temperature, and then reduce the heat-sealing speed, while increasing cold tire pressure.

About the second phenomenon of sealing is not strong, it mainly because of

(1) heat-sealing temperature is not enough;

(2) sealing knife rake is not smooth enough;
