3.Responsibilities

3.1.Production Department Equipment Division is responsible for the daily maintenance of the plastic bag heat sealer machine.

3.2.The operator is responsible for the daily cleaning, use, and maintenance of the plastic bag heat sealer machine.

3.3.Quality assurance personnel responsible for the inspection of sealing effect.

4.Work program

4.1.Check and prepare before boot of plastic bag heat sealer

1.Check the cleanliness of the machine is in place, if not qualified to re clean.

2.Check that the power cord is securely secure and connected to the socket.

3.Check the pump is connected properly.

4.According to the working conditions, check whether the heating wire and insulation cloth is normal. 5.Check and confirm all parts of the plastic bag heat sealer machine are connected with the solid without loosening.

6.Check the lubrication of the rotating parts is good, into the appropriate amount of oil.

4.2. Boot of plastic bag heat sealer

1.Connect the 220V power supply, open the inflatable air pump switch, working pressure: 0.1-07Mpa. 2.Turn on the power switch, the green Power indicator light is bright; the power of the plastic bag heat sealer machine is warm up normally, and the pedal braking device is flexible and effective.
