Plastic bag heat sealer caution

1.Not applicable to metal container and metal cover, but not on the metal surface by pressing the start button, otherwise it will damage the machine.

2.Before the power supply must be inserted into the induction air plug, and lock the screw.

3.Use single-phase three-wire power cord,for the safety of the operator,be sure to use a single-phase three-wire power socket,workplace ground must be dry, in order to maintain insulation.

4.Automatic overheat protection,when the internal temperature of overheating, the machine buzzer sounding ‘abnormal protection,yellow indicator light,at this point should turn off the power switch,standby within the cooling after the buzzer to stop, and then continue to work.

5.In working process, should always touch the surface of the sensor head, check whether the overheating,if hot should stop heating, cooling after work (cooling can not power off),‘(WARMUP)’,When the green indicator light is not on, please do not press the start button,in order to avoid false trigger.Please turn off the power switch on the panel when the machine is finished.

6.Equipped with a fuse for the 5A, can not be replaced by more than 5A insurance.

7.Within the high voltage, the floor is charged, is strictly prohibited without maintenance, so as to avoid personal shock.

8.Before use, if there is a wire exposed should stop using the machine, to be repaired before use.

9.Equipment transportation, storage, use can not impact, weight, damp.

10.Inspection and acceptance of products out of the box, under normal transport, packaging intact, such as the discovery of the product of the zero and packing list does not match should be in a timely manner to contact the company.

11.According to the instructions, the use of the operation should be clear in advance, such as the discovery of product quality problems, within the specified period of time to the company, the equipment warranty and maintenance.

Cleaning and maintenance of plastic bag heat sealer

Periodically clean the machine surface, the bottom plate and the lower mold slide groove, the mold platen and positioning rod (NOTE: You must turn off the power and resume normal temperature).

Transmission parts lower mold slide, strut bearings, eccentric and guide posts, rails and other periodic butter to ensure the performance of the machine.
