Four Subsidiaries of Shandong China Coal Selected into the First Batch of Provincial Sci-tech SMEs of 2026

Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province issued the Public Notice on the First Batch of Proposed Listed Sci-Tech SMEs of Shandong Province for 2026. Four subsidiaries under Shandong China Coal Group—Shandong Shenhua Information Technology Co., Ltd., Zhongyun Intelligent Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Carter Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd., and Shandong China Coal Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.—have been successfully included in the list thanks to their outstanding R&D capabilities, sound innovation systems and remarkable sci-tech achievements.

Sci-tech SMEs represent an important provincial benchmark for measuring enterprises’ hard strength in scientific and technological innovation. Each of the four shortlisted firms specializes in distinct technical sectors, forming a collaborative innovation matrix within the Group. Over the years, the four companies have steadily boosted investment in research and development and introduced high-end technical talents. They have obtained numerous invention patents, utility model patents and software copyrights, with multiple independently developed products filling technical gaps in segmented industrial sectors. The simultaneous approval of all four enterprises through multiple rounds of provincial reviews and their collective inclusion in the first batch fully demonstrates Shandong China Coal Group’s long-term innovation accumulation in intelligent manufacturing, intelligent mining equipment, industrial robots and digital information technology.
