precautions of
double chamber vacuum machine. I hope it will be helpful to you.
Please be careful not to pump water, oil, powder, so it is easy to cause damage to the
double chamber vacuum machine.
1. Switch on the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator is on. Set the time relay to adjust the pumping time and heat sealing time (the first two digits represent the vacuuming time: such as 28 indicates 28 seconds. The last two digits represent the heat sealing time: for example, 12 indicates 1.2 seconds). The vacuuming and heat sealing time can be adjusted by pressing "+-" in the time relay (some time relays use knobs to adjust, the specific configuration is subject to the actual).
2. The key switch on the board can adjust the heating temperature. The key switch can be divided into three levels, HIGH for high temperature, LOW for low temperature, and ref for no heating.
3. Adjust the vacuum time from long to short. When the vacuum gauge reaches 0.1MPa, it can be extended for 1-2s. The heating time should be set short and lengthened gradually. It's best to choose low N gear first.
4. When running, the vacuum pump has abnormal sound. After completing all debugging work, the production can be run in cycle.
5. Open the packing bag and put the packing bag into the packaged goods into the work room. Place the sealing flat on the silicone rubber strip, and do not overlap the bags.
6. Press down the upper studio (or press the edge of the upper cover) and close the cover. The
double chamber vacuum machine will complete the vacuum packing process and open the cover actively according to the program.
7. Open the vacuum cover and take out the packing bag to complete a working cycle.
8. Turn off the power switch and pull out the power plug when you finish the work.
