Today I will introduce the
common faults and
treatment methods of
continuous band sealer for you.There are mainly six common fault types.
First:
Continuous Band Sealer Fault: does not heat up (or control the temperature).
Fault Cause: The temperature switch is burned out. The electric heat pipe burns out; Temperature control meter failure; There is a problem with the electric couple.
Fault Treatment Method: change button switch; Irrigation heat pipe; Disassemble the instrument and send it to the manufacturer for repair; Change the heating couple.
Second:
Continuous Band Sealer Fault: The sealer is not secure.
Fault Cause: low temperature; It's too fast.
Fault Treatment Method: heating up; Reduce speed appropriately.
Third:
Continuous Band Sealer Fault: The sealing is wrinkled and sticky.
Fault Cause: The temperature is too high and the O-belt conveying is improper.
Fault Treatment Method: Open the fan, reduce the speed or cool down; Open the left panel and adjust the guide wheel shaft distance.
Fourth:
Continuous Band Sealer Fault: The continuous band sealer fault.
Fault Cause: The sealing belt is too loose. The adjusting screw is incorrect.
Fault Treatment Method: Adjust the puller not too tight; Carefully adjust the adjusting screw.
Fifth:
Continuous Band Sealer Fault: conveyor table does not rotate.
Fault Cause: rotating shaft degumming; The top wire of the bridge gear is loose.
Fault Treatment Method: Remove the rotating shaft with 502 adhesive bonding; Remove the m5 screws fixing the left panel.
Sixth:
Continuous Band Sealer Fault: inductive current or leakage.
Fault Cause: ungrounded cable; The electric heat pipe is leaking.
Fault Treatment Method: Connect the three-plug ground wire; Heat exchange tube.
