Chamber Vacuum Machine Introduction:
At present, the commonly called vacuum packaging machines are all
chamber vacuum machines, which are composed of an upper vacuum chamber, a lower vacuum chamber and a sealing ring placed between the upper and lower vacuum chambers.
The
composition of the chamber vacuum machine is that the upper and lower vacuum chambers are generally made of aluminum alloy and then processed by milling, or the stainless steel sheet is welded and flattened after folding or molding. There are also two materials of aluminum alloy and stainless steel for the upper and lower vacuum chambers.
The aluminum alloys used in the chamber vacuum machine include ordinary alloys and aluminum-magnesium alloys. The latter is resistant to acid and alkali and corrosion, but the cost is high. Room sealing performance is good.
