4. When the luggage wrapping machine is a pre-stretching mechanism, the cover on the top of the film frame mechanism is carefully coated with an appropriate amount of lubricant on the transmission chain driven by the film frame motor. It is recommended to maintain it every three months.

5. When the luggage wrapping machine is a drag blocking mechanism, if the braking adjustment of the stretching mechanism is reduced, you need to check whether the triangular rubber band in the mechanism is worn seriously. Apply a suitable amount of lubricant to the drive chain at the bottom of the lifting assembly. Maintenance is recommended once a month.

6. Check the tightness of the screws on the machine at any time.Seven trays, 8 tugs that guide the turntable to make rotary movements, if the diameter is less than 53mm. Or if the rotation noise is abnormal, the entire tug should be replaced (the entire roller body can be pried off the roller frame with an iron rod).
