1. Place the continuous band sealer on a flat ground and connect the power supply;

2. Introduction of external air source for continuous band sealer: Connect one end of a section of flexible air pipe with an outer diameter of 8mm to the air source, and connect the other end to the air inlet joint at the lower part of the back of the machine, and push the air pipe into place

3. Check the air pressure of the continuous band sealer: When the pressure of the external air source is ≥6kg / cm2, check whether the pressure gauge on the right side of the machine is about 5kg / cm2.

4. Connect the continuous band sealer to the power supply and air source, turn on the power switch on the panel, and set the temperature, sealing time and cooling time (generally 3-5 seconds).

5. After completing the above operations, the continuous band sealer can enter the work.
