In the actual operation, the test must be coordinated, repeated several times, and adjusted at different temperatures and corresponding sealing speeds until satisfactory;

5. continuous band sealer temperature selection is directly related to the sealing speed. For the same material, when the temperature is high, the speed can be increased, and when the speed is low, the temperature should be lower. The thicker the film, the higher the temperature, and vice versa.

6. Sealing conveyor belt must be cleared of dirt frequently. It is also necessary to remove impurities frequently between the upper and lower pairs of copper blocks in the heating zone. When these scales or impurities separate the distance between the copper blocks in the heating zone, the seal strength and quality will be significantly affected;

Second, continuous band sealer later maintenance:

In order to protect the service life of the continuous band sealer tape, it is required to return the temperature adjustment dial to the zero position before preparing to stop. At this time, the temperature pointer starts to slowly drop. The sealing tape should still be running. After about half an hour, the temperature drops below 100 degrees. Only turn off the fan, main power switch, etc .
