It can be said that the sealing machine is very common in today's packaging industry. The first point: the heat-sealing temperature is not enough; we have to increase the heat-sealing temperature relatively according to the thickness of the bag.

The second point: the heat sealing speed is too fast; if the speed is too fast, it will be cooled before it is heated, so the speed must be moderate.

The third point: the pressure of the cold-pressed rubber wheel is not suitable; the pressure or too small will cause the seal to be insecure, so the pressure of the upper and lower cooling rubber wheels must be applied.

The fourth point: there is a problem with the quality of the heat-sealing film; if the quality is not good, the seal will not be secure, so if the quality is unqualified, it must be replaced in time to avoid material loss.
