Automatic Packaging Machine Equipment Maintenance Knowledge

1.Before starting the packaging machine, check whether the parts are loose and in a normal position. If necessary, tighten and return.

2.The automatic equipment should be lubricated as specified in the inspection automatic equipment.

3.Check the machine table for foreign objects or tools and remove them if necessary.

4.Turn on the power, run the switch, and the photoelectric sensor switch to check whether the indicators are on or off. If not, check or replace the fuse.

5.Check if the temperature control display is normal. When the set value is greater than the actual temperature, the indicator light is green, and when the temperature reaches the set value, the indicator light is red.

6.Turn on the operation switch and check if the equipment has abnormal noise. If it is necessary, stop it in time.

7.In the above inspection, please notify the maintenance personnel if there is any trouble that the operator cannot eliminate.
