1. Press the “ON” button, the power indicator light, “COOLER” (cooling indicator) will light, and the warning light will flash.

2. Press the “Start” button, the warning light will be off, the “START” indicator will be on, and the power will be set as scheduled.

3. Turn on the power of the conveyor belt, run the conveyor belt, and adjust the speed knob to the appropriate position.

4. Push the container to be sealed and start normal operation.

5. If an overcurrent occurs during operation, the “FAULT” indicator on the control panel lights up and the warning light flashes. Press the “RESET” button at this time. After the overcurrent is off, press “ again”. START" button.

6. When the work is over, press the “STOP” button and the machine will return to the 1 state.

7. Press the "OFF" button, the machine is turned off, and the standby state is exited.

Second, the operating process precautions and daily maintenance

1. This machine uses 220V single-phase three-wire power supply, the grounding must be reliable, otherwise it will affect personal safety.

2. The continuous band sealer parts cannot be close to the sensor head.

3. Check the cooling water level frequently. When it is used frequently, check it once a week and replenish the cooling water.

4. Check the pipeline frequently, and the joints should not have water leakage or water seepage. In order to prevent the pipe from freezing due to low temperature, antifreeze should be injected into the water tank.
